Shipping policy

In stock items are usually shipped within 1 business day. We ship via USPS.   Pick up items must be picked up within 5 days of placing the order, counting the date of order as day 1. After 5 days we will resale your items and no refund will be given.  Sorry but this is to prevent people leaving items in our bin. This is a courtesy not a storage unit :) We have to make room for everyone who has pick up orders. 

Delivered but Not Received Policy

At KS Boutique, we want every order to arrive safely and in a timely manner. Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), the order is considered successfully fulfilled and ownership of the package transfers to the customer.

 

If your tracking shows Delivered but you are unable to locate your package, please follow these steps:

1. Check All Possible Delivery Locations

Packages may be placed in:

  • Your mailbox
  • A parcel locker
  • Your porch, side door, or garage
  • With neighbors or household members

2. Contact Your Local Post Office or Carrier

Your local USPS/UPS office can view the GPS scan of your delivery and confirm exactly where it was placed. This is the fastest way to locate a missing package.

3. File a Missing Mail or Theft Report (if applicable)

If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address but the package is still missing, customers may file:

  • A Missing Mail Search with USPS
  • A Mail Theft Report or a police report, if theft is suspected

 

4. KS Boutique Responsibility

 

Because we do not have control over the package once it leaves our facility, KS Boutique cannot replace or refund orders that are marked Delivered by the carrier.

As a small business, we rely on the tracking information provided by USPS and other carriers to confirm delivery. We are always happy to assist you in submitting inquiries or providing any information needed for your claim.
